Where do we deliver?

After Hours ships Australia-wide. Order prior to 1pm (AEST) and we will deliver your gift next business day. It's shipping so fast she'll think you became organised.

What delivery options are available?

After Hours offers next business day delivery via Express Delivery for a flat rate of $12.95

Please note: Delivery to regional areas may vary and be mindful when placing an order that delays may occur once your special gift has left the warehouse.’

Is same day delivery available?

After Hours can deliver your gift the same day if your delivery address is in Melbourne. Once you have entered your delivery address during the check out process a 'Same Day Delivery' option will be avaialble. Price is calculated at check out after you have provided your delivery address.

HOW IT WORKS:
Place your order before 1pm (AEST), select same day delivery at checkout and your gift will reach its destination before 5:00pm that day. If same day delivery is selected after 1pm, we will dispatch your After Hours goodies the following business day.’

Do you offer free delivery?

Orders $200+ get free express shipping.

When will my After Hours gift be delivered?

The After Hours courier partners (Startrack) operate Monday - Friday and conduct deliveries between 9am and 5pm. On occasion, deliveries are made outside these hours. Please note we do not deliver on weekends or VIC public holidays.

How do I track my gift?

After placing your order, check your inbox because she’ll be *dinging*. There you’ll find an email confirming that your order has been processed, along with a tracking ID to check on the progress of your delivery. You will also recieve a number of email updates to notify when your gift is on board for delivery and once your gift has been delivered.

What happens if my giftee is not available to receive the delivery?

If you have allowed us to leave your gift unattended (you can provide ATL on the cart page by ticking the appropriate box) our courier partner will leave in a safe place. If no ATL has been given Startrack will leave a 'sorry we missed you card' with details on which post office your giftee can collect their gift.

What happens if I provide an incorrect delivery address?

Please email us as soon as possible as we are able to update your delivery address easily if your gift has not left our warehouse. Once your gift has left the warehouse and a change of address is required we will send a request to our delivery partner. This can take up to 3-5 business days to process.

If you provide us with an incorrect address and we deliver your order as per your instructions, we will not accept responsibility for the failed deliver. A redelivery request will incurr an additional courier fee of $12.95.

Does the courier call the giftee on on delivery?

Unfortunately due to the large number of deliveries our couriers undertake, they are unable to call the recipient at the time of delivery. If you have any concerns surrounding your delivery, please email hello@afterhoursgifting.com.au
