So, how does After Hours work?

Organising dinner with your friend is impossible, but organising her perfect gift doesn’t have to be. Choose from our carefully curated gift sets, add a love note and we’ll be making her day by the end of the following business day. Piece of cake.

Do you deliver gifts anywhere, anytime?

We understand that the people closest to you might not be, er, closest to you. And while we can’t relocate them, we can send them a thoughtful gift, on your behalf.
After Hours delivers Australia-wide during business hours. Please note we do not deliver on weekends.
We’re named After Hours for a reason.

My friend is picky - Can you make a custom gift?

We know that some occasions need to be celebrated with a tailored touch. Like picky friends, extra special milestones and people you know extremely well.

Where is After Hours based?

Our gifting studio is based in Melbourne (Vic, Australia) with all orders dispatched daily from this location.

Do you offer free delivery?

Orders $200+ get free express shipping.

Can I request to leave my gift without signature?

Of course! Please select the ATL box which is located on the cart page.

What payment methods do you accept?

Manflower Co accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express. You can also process your payment via Paypal and After Pay.

Is it safe to use my credit card online with After Hours?

All orders are processed through a secure checkout system provided by Stripe Payment Solutions and we use SSL encryption technology to store and safely transmit your personal and credit card information through our systems.

What happens if my order does not arrive or is damaged on delivery?

We will do our best to ensure this doesn't happen however in the event your order is damaged or does not arrive, please contact us asap and we will work through a solution for you. We may require proof of damage so we can follow it up with our suppliers and delivery partners.

Does the courier call the giftee on on delivery?

Unfortunately due to the large number of deliveries our couriers undertake, they are unable to call the recipient at the time of delivery. If you have any concerns surrounding your delivery, please email hello@afterhoursgifting.com.au
